| I understand that cycling is a potentially dangerous activity and I, the undersigned for myself, my children, my administrators, my heirs, and assignors, assume all risks associated with participating in this event and do hereby release and discharge the organizers, sponsors, ride officials, and volunteers from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind arising out of participation in the 'Tour De Monte Carmelo' Fun Bike on October 1, 2022. |

| We agree to abide by all decisions of the ride officials. We agree to abide by all rules of the road and trail, to exercise all safety precautions, including wearing a helmet while on our bikes or bikes provided to us, and I certify that we are physically fit for the event. |
